The college has deepened the reform of “Three-wide Education” and fully implemented the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. The college thoroughly implements the Party’s educational policy, always bearing in mind the core task of moral education, and promotes the all-round and healthy development of students. With Party building as the guiding force, academic atmosphere construction as the key focus, and student union activities as the platform, the college has been committed to strengthening students’ ideological and political education. It has strictly enforced daily student management, vigorously cultivated students’ sense of innovation, actively carried out a variety of extracurricular activities, and significantly enhanced students’ overall competencies, achieving fruitful results.

    In the past three years, students have secured 9 national-level projects, 17 provincial-level projects, and 52 university-level projects under the National College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program. Students have won numerous national and provincial awards in the National College Students Electronic Design Competition, the “Internet+” College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and the “Challenge Cup” College Students Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition, ranking among the top in the university in terms of awards. Many students have obtained the Comprehensive Quality Grade A Certificate. Student Ye Lina was named the “China Self-improvement Star for College Students” in 2019 and “The Most Beautiful Female College Student in Sichuan Province” in 2020. Student Yin Bowen was awarded the title of “National Outstanding Communist Youth League Member” by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in 2020. Student Tian Hengyu received the title of “National Self-improvement Star” in 2021.
