The college has more than 90 teaching staffs, including more than 70 high-level professional teachers, 15 teaching assistant administrators and 6 specially engaged teaching and research staffs.     The college employs several part-time enterprise tutors from renowned companies both domestically and internationally, including China Mobile Sichuan Branch, Sichuan Communications Planning and Design Co., Ltd, Sichuan Communications Industry Service Co., Ltd, and Core Source Systems Ltd. These tutors provide guidance to students in engineering practice, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and graduation design projects.

   The college places a strong emphasis on academic exchanges and encourages faculty members to engage in various forms of collaboration. In recent years, faculty members have made over 30 visits to prestigious universities in Europe and the United States, participating in more than 100 international academic conferences. Additionally, they have actively competed in various national-level teaching competitions, securing one first prize and two second prizes nationally.
