【Biography】Chang-ming Chen received the Ph.D. degree in Radio Physics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is currently a Professor with the school of Communication Engineering, Chengdu University of Information Technology, Chengdu, China, where he has been involved in research on RF/microwave device and MMICs, microwave sensors, microwave circuits and system.
