【Biography】
Zhang Hong-Bo is an Associate Professor at Chengdu University of Information Technology (CUIT). He received his Ph.D. in Optical Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). Dr. Zhang has amassed a wealth of experience in his field, having served as a Senior Algorithm Engineer at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., a Postdoctoral Fellow at UESTC, and a Special Research Fellow at Tokai University in Japan. His research is primarily focused on optical fiber transmission, millimeter-wave communication, and satellite internet technologies. Dr. Zhang has successfully led three provincial and ministerial-level research projects, showcasing his ability to spearhead significant scientific inquiries. Dr. Zhang has published dozens of research papers in esteemed journals such as Optics Express, Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics, and Optics Communications. Dr. Zhang has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the field of communications technology. His work not only contributes to the academic community but also has practical implications for the development of next-generation communication systems.
