【Biography】

Tong Yan Li, female, member of CPC, received her PhD degree in Communication and Information System from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2010, went out of the University of Electronic Science and Technology Computer Science and Technology Postdoctoral Station in 2020, and was a visiting scholar from the University of La Trobe in Australia in 2018-2019. Her research interests include intelligent information processing and big data mining. She is currently an associate professor, in the College of Communication Engineering, Chengdu University of Information Technology, and a master's supervisor. She has participated in many "863" major research projects, National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and enterprise horizontal research projects. She has presided over 2 provincial and ministerial level projects and 4 municipal and departmental level projects. She has published more than 30 academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals as the first author, including 4 SCI retrievals and 20 EI retrievals. In 2020, she won the second prize of the Army Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 practical new type patents , 2 national defense invention patents and 16 software copyrights.
