【Biography】
Male, born in October 1970, master's degree, professor, and graduate supervisor. In 1991, I enrolled in the undergraduate program of Communication at Chengdu Meteorological University. In 2007, I graduated from the Transportation Information Engineering and Control program at Southwest Jiaotong University, mainly engaged in meteorological data analysis and application, embedded application technology research, and computer network and communication related work. I have been working at the School of Communication Engineering at Chengdu University of Information Technology (formerly Chengdu Meteorological College) since 1995.
I have rich technical and management experience in the development of meteorological applications, communication, networks, embedded systems, and other products.
In recent years, more than 20 scientific research papers have been published, and more than 20 new utility patents have been completed, including 4 software copyrights and 6 invention patents

I have successively presided over and completed more than 20 horizontal projects, including the "Modern New Meteorological Observation Field Communication System" by the Chengdu Meteorological Bureau, the "Intelligent Information Collection and Control System for Characteristic Agriculture" by the Qianjiang District Meteorological Bureau of Chongqing, the "Intelligent Sprinkler Irrigation Project for Chongqing Yangtou Mountain Characteristic Agricultural Meteorological Service" by the Qianjiang District Meteorological Bureau of Chongqing, the "Remote Monitoring and Intelligent Switching of Power Supply Safety in Unmanned Meteorological Observation Field" by the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Bureau, and the "Automatic Collection and Remote Wireless Transmission System for Natural Gas Wellhead Data" commissioned by the Chuanzhong Oil and Gas Mine.
