Biography

Ju Cai is the leader of the Intelligent Communication and Information Processing Team (ICIPT), who once worked at Sichuan University and Sichuan Mobile, Source Photonics Inc., and CREOL of University of Central Florida as a visiting scholar. He published dozens of papers in academic journals, obtained multiple invention patents, and served as the project leader or principal investigator for numerous projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the 863 Program, provincial projects, provincial education department projects, and various enterprises’ cooperative projects. His research interests include artificial intelligence (neural networks) applications in communication networks, high-speed digital signal processing, and optical communication components.
