【Biography】
Yong Zhang is an associate professor and senior engineer holding a doctoral degree. He obtained his Ph.D. in signal and information processing from Sichuan University and served as a postdoctoral researcher at the National Key Laboratory on Communication Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Additionally, he was a visiting scholar at Loughborough University, UK.
He has been involved as a principal investigator or participant in various national projects including the national 863 plan, the national key research and development plan, the key project of the 173 plan, the pre-research project, the national key laboratory fund for pre-research, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Support Plan Project on "Research on Key Technologies of Communication and Navigation".
Moreover, he has contributed to the Sichuan Provincial Applied Basic Research Project on "Key Technology Research on High-frequency Broadband Low-orbit Satellite Communication System", and the Sichuan Provincial Military-Civil Integration Plan on "Engineering Development Project of Independent Broadband Satellite Communication System".
