【Biography】
Huang Fei, lecturer, doctoral degree. He once worked in the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and has rich experience in scientific research and engineering development. Presided over a number of horizontal cooperation projects, mainly engaged in the design, performance evaluation and standardization of radio broadcast networks of the broadcasting and communication integration system, as well as the system-level performance evaluation of uplink multiple access technology
