To promote academic exchange on new theories, technologies, applications, and services in information and communication engineering (ICE), and to enhance the international perspective and academic level of our research team while supporting the development of our ICE discipline, 2026 5th International Joint Conference on Information and Communication Engineering (JCICE 2026), jointly organized by our university and Chengdu University of Technology, will be held from July 17 to 19, 2026 in Chengdu, China.

The invited keynote speakers include: Prof. Yong Zeng (IEEE Fellow, Southeast University), Prof. Xiaojun Yuan (IEEE Fellow, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China), and Prof. Junhui Zhao (IET Fellow, Beijing Jiaotong University).

The conference invites submissions on next‑generation communication networks, AI‑empowered communications, IoT and intelligent sensing, signal processing and edge computing, and network and information security. The program includes keynote speeches, invited speeches, special sessions, oral and poster presentations. All accepted and registered full papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-0771-6) and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
